Job summary

American Cancer Society, Inc. is seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment. The role assists with guest check-in/out, responds to inquiries, and coordinates transportation and security.

The position pays $19.50 per hour with shifts on Thurs, Fri, and Saturdays from 4pm–Midnight, offering opportunities to engage with guests and support program services within a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/out procedures (30%).
• Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%).
• Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%).
• Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%).
• Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%).
