Job summary

Club4 Fitness seeks a Front Desk Associate for the Pro Shop to deliver superior member service from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays with occasional weekend shifts in Ridgeland, MS 39157.

You will greet members and guests, handle check-ins, answer questions, and support the tennis sign-up process. Ideal candidates have a customer service background, basic computer skills, and a positive, reliable attitude. High school diploma or GED is required; CPR/AED is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospects and provide exceptional service.
• Answer phones; assist callers with questions.
• Check members into PEAK purchasing system.
• Assist with tennis sign‑up process and facility information.
• Update member account information as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Work the 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. shift and weekend hours.
