Job summary

Dhgc Careers in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Tennis Front Desk Attendant to be the first person members see when entering the Tennis Shop. You will greet guests, monitor court reservations, and help with daily operations.

The role involves handling food and beverages, serving beer, wine, and other drinks, restocking supplies, and checking out merchandise with the Northstar POS. You’ll work Tuesday through Friday 8am–4pm.

Qualifications

• Must have great communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Must be organized and efficient in work.
• Customer-service oriented and eager to learn.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable solving problems and working independently.
• Available for weekday daytime shifts (Tue-Fri 8am–4pm).

Responsibilities

• Monitor tennis court reservations during shift.
• Greet members and guests entering facility.
• Fill requisitions for food, drinks, and snacks and keep full stock.
• Serve beverages including beer, wine, and select mixed drinks.
• Check out merchandise through Northstar POS.
• Communicate with tennis pros, maintenance, management, and other departments.
• Keep work area clean and tidy.
