Job summary

Club at TCP LLC is seeking a friendly Pro Shop Front Desk Associate to deliver superior member and guest service during weekday evenings (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) with additional weekend shifts at the club in Ridgeland, MS.

You will greet members, answer phones, sign members into the PEAK system, assist with tennis sign-ups, update accounts, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area while coordinating with the Pro Shop Coordinator and Club management to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CPR / AED certification preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the PEAK purchasing system.
• Assist with tennis sign-up process.
• Provide information about the Pro Shop and facilities.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club and reception area.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments.
• Work evening schedule (4 p.m.–8 p.m.) and weekends as required.
