SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa Downtown is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to manage the PM shift, greet guests, check in/out, and ensure a smooth arrival experience.

The ideal candidate has hotel front desk experience, is proficient with Stay PMS and Marriott Power of M, and excels in service recovery and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential to success.

Formación

• Previous hotel front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Proficient with PMS systems Stay PMS and Marriott Power of M.
• Strong customer-service skills with focus on service recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Check guests in and out using PMS systems, including Stay PMS and Marriott Power of M.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and service recovery promptly and effectively.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area information.
• Assist with multi-tasking duties including phone calls and guest services.
