Responsibilities include check-in/out, reservations management, payments, and addressing guest concerns while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and remain calm during busy periods.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning hotel reservation software.
• Attention to detail when handling payments and confidential information.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Dependable attendance and availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to questions about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Process payments, verify billing information, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Address guest concerns professionally and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management when needed.
• Provide directions and information about local dining, attractions, and transportation.
• Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy, key control, safety, and security.
• Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Document shift activity and communicate outstanding issues to the next shift.
