The Rushmore Hotel & Suites in Rapid City, SD is seeking an Evening Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage front desk operations during the evening shift. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while ensuring accuracy and security.

Qualifications include strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Prior hospitality experience and reliability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to questions about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Process payments, verify billing information, and maintain accurate guest records.
• Address guest concerns professionally and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local dining, attractions, and transportation.
• Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy, key control, safety, and security.
• Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Document shift activity and communicate outstanding issues to the next shift.
