Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Boise, partnered with Block22 Companies, seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver personalized service and set a seamless, elevated guest experience.

You will manage front desk operations, warmly welcome guests, assist with requests, and maintain lobby standards while staying informed about rates, discounts, and local events.

Shifts end at 10–11pm; must be 19+; experience in customer service preferred; professional appearance required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent English communication skills read, write and speak fluently.
• Experience: Customer Service background preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate computer, cash register and calculator.
• Teamwork and independent problem solving.
• Professional image in appearance, dress, and behavior.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Evening hours: 2-10pm or 3-11pm.
• Applicants must be 19 years old or turn 19 within two months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manages the operations of the front desk, ensuring minimal time for check in/out.
• Welcomes guests warmly and professionally.
• Directs guests to appropriate hotel staff for questions or requests.
• Maintains professionalism and tact in handling requests.
• Ensures prompt delivery of final bills to guests.
• Keeps lobby and shared areas neat and orderly.
• Keeps updated knowledge of hotel policies, rates, discounts, and events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
