Job summary

Hotel 43, LLC in downtown Boise invites you to join as a Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, handle check-in/out, answer questions about amenities and directions, and maintain the lobby and gift shop with professionalism.

Candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving and multitasking abilities, be able to work weekends/holidays, and deliver genuine hospitality. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and IT proficiency is expected to manage guest folios and

Qualifications

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve & multi-task.
• Ability to work well independently, & as part of a team.
• Competent level of IT proficiency.
• Must be available on weekends & holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about hotel amenities, rooms, restaurants, and directions.
• Performs front desk duties including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest key issues.
• Verify charges, collect payment, and post to guest folio accurately.
• Assist coordination and support of other departments as necessary.
• Respond to guest complaints and resolve potential difficulties.
• Create, change, and understand guest & group reservations.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and gift shop appearance and operations.
• Attend department trainings & meetings.
• Follow property standards, policies, and safety/health regulations.
• Provide genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
