The Residence Inn by Marriott Boise, part of Resolute Road Hospitality, seeks a Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with guest requests. You’ll support front desk, kiosk, and pantry operations, ensuring service with integrity and teamwork across departments.

• Knowledge of hotel front desk procedures and guest service best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and check-in/check-out.
• Register guests, confirm reservations, and secure payment methods.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure member benefits.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Operate front desk systems for efficient check-ins/outs.
• Process retail and pantry transactions accurately.
• Handle payments, room charges, and daily bank reconciliations.
• Manage calls, emails, and reservations clearly and professionally.
• Monitor lobby appearance and communicate service needs.
• Stay informed about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Log and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Adhere to policies and brand standards; support team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
