Talentify is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Lebanon, TN to assist Dayton Freight customers with inquiries such as pickup requests, rate quotes, and shipment tracing. This role operates Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, within a fast-paced office environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, keyboarding, and Microsoft Office skills, with a proven ability to handle high volumes of calls while delivering excellent service to customers and internal

• Ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Center Manager and Account Managers.
• Handle customer inquiries including pickup requests, rate quotes, and shipment tracing.
• Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain communication with customers and interline companies.
• Support payroll, data entry, freight reports, and billing when needed.
