Responsibilities

• Assist customers with freight pickup requests, rate quotes, charges, hot shipments, tracking and appointments.
• Take and relay messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers.
• Assist Drivers as needed.
• Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external customers and interline companies.
