Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and mentor staff during evening shifts.

You will drive service standards, oversee scheduling, uphold health and safety regulations, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and promotional initiatives. A passion for hospitality and at least 1 year of leadership in F&B are required.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in food and beverage.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to mentor and guide team across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues, and improve dining experience.
• Provide on-the-floor supervision, schedule assistance, and mentorship.
• Assist with marketing and upselling to grow beverage/food sales.
• Maintain health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
