Responsibilities

• Provide drivers with support during evening and weekend hours to keep loads on time.
• Answer calls, live chats, and emails to assist drivers with delays, issues, or payroll.
• Fuel and route drivers while promoting safety.
• Dispatch necessary resources to address immediate issues.
• Resolve driver issues using clear, constructive thinking.
• Monitor loads and inform customers of changes to schedules.
• Ensure on-time delivery and achieve load targets.
• Communicate professionally with Customers, Operations, Drivers, and leadership.
• Respond to drivers and emergencies and adhere to company policies.
• Keep drivers rolling by managing PTAs, trailers, and home-time guidelines.
