Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Customer & Service Operations Specialist in Zion, IL to handle urgent calls, dispatch technicians, and solve problems in real-time. You will coordinate with diesel technicians, manage schedules, and communicate with customers to maintain fleet uptime.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound service requests and ensure calls are handled efficiently.
• Dispatch and coordinate mobile technicians to maximize speed and coverage.
• Strategize routes and resource allocation to prevent delays.
• Manage high-value accounts and keep customers informed.
• Address emergencies in real-time and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate across calls, texts, and digital systems to keep all parties in sync.
• Track performance with logs and reports.
