Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience with college students, youth, customer service, mentoring, advising, leadership, or related areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively support CHEER Act goals and program outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to implement evidence-based practices.
• Engage in activities that improve student persistence, completion, and workforce readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, services, interventions, and outcomes; collect and report data.
