The Kiefel Production Technician I at Baxter Marion, NC, works a 7:00pm–7:00am shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring a Kiefel machine, performing quality checks, loading materials, and documenting production data to ensure high-quality, on-time bags.

You bring a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of production experience, basic English communication, and math skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years production technician or manufacturing experience.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust a Kiefel machine via control panel or manual tweaks.
• Load and replenish production supplies to support production needs.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and disposition product; stop production if needed.
• Inspect finished product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document required information in manufacturing logs or systems.
• Identify and escalate any machine inefficiencies or safety issues.
