Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Field Service Technician for 2nd shift in Grand Rapids, MI. You will diagnose and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, install upgrades, and manage parts/tools while communicating with customers about progress.

The role requires electro-mechanical expertise, strong customer service, and ability to work a 2nd shift with a 2pm–10pm schedule, within a territory that may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Certificates in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs on high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Keep customers informed of progress during maintenance or down systems.
• Install machines and apply hardware/software upgrades as needed.
