Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician for the 2nd shift in Grand Rapids, MI. You will be the face of GLORY at client sites, diagnosing and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction on every visit.

The role requires electro-mechanical expertise, 3–5 years of field service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory. GLORY offers a competitive benefits package and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PCs, MS Office, network sites, and email.
• Logical troubleshooting and ability to isolate problems at PCB/component level.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience repairing high-speed check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters; ATM/copier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction at client sites.
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs on GLORY equipment.
• Keep customers informed on progress during maintenance or downtime.
• Install machines and implement Engineering Change Notices affecting upgrades; perform hardware/software upgrades as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required EH&S training.
