Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician for Bronx, NY on the 2nd shift. You will troubleshoot and repair high‑speed cash‑handling equipment at customer sites within Bronx and surrounding areas, drive from home to customer sites, and coordinate with the District Service Manager.

The role requires electro‑mechanical skills, ability to read schematics, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally. A 10% shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer service and field service is required.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic networking is preferred.
