Job summary

Princeton University Evening Supervisor at the Meadows Campus Sports Complex oversees daily evening operations, ensuring safe access, event support, and accurate record-keeping for tennis and squash facilities. This 12-month, benefits eligible role reports to the Coordinator, Athletic Facilities & Operations and requires strong organizational and MS Office skills.

The position offers 40 hours weekly with overtime as needed and adherence to Ivy League and NCAA rules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Meadows Campus Sports Complex during evening hours.
• Manage front entry desk and control facility access while upholding department policies.
• Enforce policies to minimize risk and safeguard patrons.
• Assist with reservations, fees collection, and event support.
• Supervise student and casual hourly staff and ensure safety and service quality.
