Job summary

Villanova University is seeking a Coordinator of Athletics Facilities to supervise and maintain athletic facilities and events. You will handle event prep, facility access, and work order systems, ensuring compliance with NCAA and university rules.

The role requires coordinating game-day operations, supervising student staff, and collaborating with Facilities, Public Safety, and Parking units. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are expected as part of Athletics schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g. Sport Management, Business Administration).
• 0-2 years experience in athletics administration, preferably with facilities/events management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all duties for Villanova Athletics events and external events.
• Serve as primary contact for game day management and prepare sport event manuals.
• Coordinate scheduling, practice times, parking, locker room access and staff supervision.
• Oversee liaison with campus operating units and annual campus events.
• Assist with scheduling of Athletics facilities and event setups/breakdowns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
