Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ custodial / housekeeping experience.
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the 2nd shift Facilities crew daily.
• Assist Facilities Manager in training 2nd shift staff.
• Lead 2nd shift through projects and event setups.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Set up and breakdown rooms for meetings and events; move furniture.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on operations and emergencies.
• Perform routine maintenance and restock supplies as required.
