Job summary

A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time, 2nd shift frontline customer service associate to support our operations in Stamford, CT. You will respond to inquiries, escalate issues, and coordinate with Directors and Managers as needed.

Typical duties include maintaining MSDS records, assisting with emails and documentation, and supporting the Operations team with preventive actions. The role requires 2–3 years in customer service and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of customer service experience.
• Experience in medical facilities is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve customer inquiries or escalate to appropriate Directors/Managers.
• Support Operations team with preventive actions to mitigate damages.
• Identify corrective actions to address recurring issues and losses.
• Conduct customer service surveys to collect feedback.
• Forward complaints to Directors/Operations Managers for resolution.
• Follow up on customer requests/status with clients and leadership.
• Maintain and update MSDS records.
• Maintain and coordinate radios, equipment and transportation repairs.
• Assist Operations Manager with emails, follow-ups, and letters as needed.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
