Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years custodial experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in an educational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 custodial staff and 3rd shift contract labor and student workers.
• Plan and lead custodial training on procedures, tools, and safety.
• Audit and evaluate custodial work and inventory.
• Coordinate workloads and respond to staff absences.
• Provide hands-on support and field visits; inspect facilities.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate third-party services.
• Maintain MSDS records and safety compliance.
