Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, MA seeks a Facilities 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee evening facilities operations, lead the 2nd shift crew, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
You will provide daily supervision, training, and work assignments, coordinate room setups for events, respond to emergencies, and communicate issues to the Facilities Manager to maintain uninterrupted operations.
The Facilities 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing evening facilities operations and leading the second‑shift Facilities team in maintaining a clean, safe, healthy, and welcoming environment. This position provides daily supervision, training, work assignments, and operational support to ensure established procedures, safety requirements and quality standards are consistently followed. The Supervisor also coordinates facilities support for programs, events, and special projects; responds to building‑related needs and emergencies; and communicates relevant issues to the Facilities Manager to promote efficient and uninterrupted operations. This is a full‑time, benefited position scheduled Monday through Friday 2:00pm to 10:00 pm.
