Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time General Cleaner to perform custodial duties across our facilities. The role includes cleaning offices, lobbies and restrooms, stocking supplies, and maintaining a safe, clean environment in the Florida region.

The position requires ability to understand English, a high school diploma (or GED), and up to 28 hours per week with evening shifts. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening and comply with safety protocols.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks in the facility to reflect high integrity.
• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, break rooms, bathrooms, and common areas per standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms; stocks supplies and maintains cleanliness of fixtures.
• Vacuums carpets, dusts surfaces, and polishes furniture and fixtures; handles trash and recycling.
• Follows safety procedures and uses PPE; reports hazards to supervisor; maintains clean, organized workspaces.
