Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties at our Marietta facility.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm; responsibilities include cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, floors, and common areas while following safety procedures.

This role requires reliability, ability to follow instructions in English, and adherence to PPE guidelines; prior cleaning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner reflecting the company's integrity.
• Cleans offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to sanitary standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, stocks supplies, and maintains cleanliness of fixtures.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, fixtures, windows, and surfaces; moves furniture only when directed.
• Empties trash, separates recyclables, and secures areas with safety signs as needed.
• Cleans telephones, vacuums traffic areas, and maintains clean walls and doors.
• Ensures cleaning carts are replenished and custodial closets are secured after shifts.
