Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time custodian to perform cleaning duties across facility areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. The role requires attention to safety and proper PPE usage, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

The position offers a pay rate of $15.50 per hour with a 3-day schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri, 12 pm – 3 pm) and opportunities to contribute to high standards of cleanliness in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related custodial experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all areas of the facility to industry standards.
• Cleans bathrooms, offices, lobbies, breakrooms, and corridors.
• Stock supplies such as toilet paper, towels and soap.
• Safely empties trash and maintains clean work areas.
• Locks/unlocks doors and follows safety rules during duties.
