Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial work across our facilities in Orlando. The role covers cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas with a focus on safety and adherence to company standards.

You will work a night shift on weekends and holidays, totaling 35 hours per week, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must have availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks in accordance with industry standards.
• Clean administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
• Stock supplies and maintain clean, safe facilities.
• Ensure equipment and cleaning carts are properly stored and secured.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
