Job summary

Owens Realty Services in Florida is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial work across its facilities. You will clean offices, lobbies, bathrooms and public areas to established standards, with attention to safety and visitor comfort.

This part-time role offers 28 hours per week with evenings, MON-SUN 7:30 pm–11:30 pm, and a rate of $15 per hour. Candidates should be reliable, able to follow instructions, and contribute to a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to understand written and verbal instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms and other areas to sanitary standards.
• Vacuums, dusts, mops and polishes surfaces and fixtures.
• Collects and disposes of trash and recyclables; maintains supplies.
• Follows infection control practices and safety guidelines in daily tasks.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
