Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions - Colorado, Centennial, CO is seeking a PM Account Compliance Supervisor to oversee quality control of general business operations, improve client satisfaction, and coordinate with Independent Contractors.

The Night Supervisor must work independently and with others in diverse facilities, report client concerns to management, and help meet service level expectations through strong communication, planning, and adherence to client policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in janitorial services industry.
• 3 years of prior management experience.
• Experience in building, facilities or janitorial services is a plus.
• Strong planning, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors and in-house staff.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain and gain business.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues and nightly recap.
• Recommend IC work assignments and manage to client standards and SLAs.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, and VIP treatments.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, tools, and their proper use.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
