Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to support contract compliance for building maintenance services and strengthen the City Wide-IC relationship in the Suff olt County, NY area. The role emphasizes reviewing client contracts and ensuring work meets expectations while coordinating daily with the Facility Services Manager.

The position is full-time, evening shift, and hybrid, overseeing multiple offices with a focus on quality, safety, and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

3 years of prior management experience leading a team in multi-site environments.
Experience reviewing client contracts and ensuring service levels are met.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for coordinating with ICs and clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC).
Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account.
Communicate daily with the Facility Services Manager for issues needing attention.
Assign IC work, ensure adherence to client standards and company guidelines.
Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, and new client starts.
Enforce City Wide policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
Oversee multiple office buildings in a hybrid role.
