Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Operations Manager to lead and support evening operations, manage the team, and ensure high-quality service across accounts. You’ll drive continuous improvement, develop staff, and coordinate with internal partners for smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support evening operations by managing internal team members and coordinating resources.
• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure quality standards across accounts.
• Collaborate with Facility Solutions Managers, Account Compliance Managers, and Independent Contractors to resolve challenges.
• Support new customer launches, account transitions, and operational improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Monitor performance through inspections, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
