Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Operations Manager to lead the evening operations, coach the team, coordinate resources, and ensure high-quality service across accounts. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive process improvements while building trust with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating a team.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• The ability to hold teams accountable while building trust and collaboration.
• Experience in operations, facilities, commercial services, or a similar industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching, and developing the evening operations team to achieve service and performance goals.
• Overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring quality standards across assigned accounts.
• Partnering with Facility Solutions Managers, Account Compliance Managers, and Independent Contractors to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
• Supporting new customer launches, account transitions, and operational improvements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a better experience for both customers and team members.
• Monitoring operational performance through inspections, reporting, and regular communication with key stakeholders.
