Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Provides guest service training and departmental orientation for new Team Members.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the department(s) and ensures policy compliance.
• Coordinates scheduling, ordering, and par levels with supervisors and managers.
• Monitors performance and staffing to maintain service standards and profitability.
• Delegates duties to staff based on needs and availability.
• Oversees opening/closing duties and setup for events.
• Liaises with external agencies and company leadership as needed.
