Experience in beverage service and a Serv-Safe certification are valued, along with the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months experience in related field.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certificate.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival in a warm and inviting manner.
• Takes beverage orders and relays to bartender for timely delivery.
• Demonstrates salesmanship with the full menu and product knowledge.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest areas including clearing and sanitizing.
• Performs responsible alcohol service with regard to guest safety.
• Keeps workstation clean and stocked during shift.
• Prepares coffee and soft drinks for orders.
• Properly garnishes drinks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
