Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of progressive experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv‑Safe certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Provides guest service training and departmental orientation for new Team Members.
• Works with manager to provide on-going training for all Team Members.
• Monitors day-to-day activities to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Reviews activities to gauge staffing levels, conditions, and profitability.
• Coordinates schedules, food orders, and par levels with supervisors and managers.
• Delegates duties to staff based on operational needs to ensure coverage.
• Oversees side work, opening, and closing duties.
• Ensures dining room setup and readiness for service.
• Assists with setup and breakdown for private events.
• Acts as liaison with external agencies and leadership as needed.
