Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle cash, cards, or comps and ensure accurate transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of bills at the cash register and provide receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Prepare foods per recipes and standard portions, and assist with prep as needed.
• Assist in various kitchen and service roles as required to support operations.
• Protect safety by following established food handling and safety procedures.
