Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least three years in an administrative support environment.
• Strong technology skills with remote and in-person troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document certifications/assessments per proctor policies.
• Complete high-stakes exam proctor training and stay current with protocols.
• Provide limited hardware/software troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and report to appropriate college offices.
• Assist with scheduling, respond to queries, and maintain professional conduct.
• Keep testing centers organized, clean, and well maintained on campus.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
