Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Night of Show Ancillary Seller for part-time, seasonal evening and weekend shifts at our Birmingham venue. You will greet guests, promote and sell venue upsells (Premier Parking, VIP Access, etc.), and assist with setup and teardown of cabanas and event materials.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in guest service, strong communication skills, and comfort with credit card transactions. Must lift 50 lbs+, work outdoors in all weather, and be a team player.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred.
• Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist with questions about the venue.
• Promote and sell promotions or upsells for events.
• Set up and break down cabanas, signs, tables, tents as needed.
• Examine tickets or passes for authenticity.
• Handle credit card transactions per audit guidelines.
• Balance out at end of shift with a supervisor.
• Inventory all items before and after events.
• May support other departments during peak times.
• Collaborate with team to close the venue after shows.
