Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time merchandise seller for a venue in Birmingham, AL. You will be responsible for inventory before events, setting up displays, and handling sales at the merch stand during events.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a great fan experience while supporting sustainability initiatives at the venue.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle credit/debit transactions accurately.
• Experience with inventory before events and setting up displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service to fans.
• Handle guest transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Prepare stand display and merchandise inventory before events.
• Count inventory before and after shows.
• Assist fans by sharing pricing, sizes, and product details.
• Maintain the stand during the event and work with the team.
• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program and educate fans about it.
