Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview incoming patients or representatives for admission information.
• Collect signatures for consent and relevant documents per hospital policy.
• Enter, record, store, and maintain patient information in written and electronic form.
• Record insurance information and responsibility for payment of the bill.
• Explain hospital regulations, visiting hours, and payment terms to patients.
