Job summary

Rosecrance Health Network is seeking an Engagement Specialist for the 2nd shift to deliver mobile crisis response services in Champaign. The role involves outreach to populations of focus, coordination with the clinical team, and ensuring timely documentation.

A high school diploma and DMH RSA designation are required, plus a valid driver’s license and own transportation. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education required.
• Willingness to pursue CRSS credential where applicable.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis response services in the community.
• Engage individuals hesitant to interact with behavioral health professionals.
• Participate in design, implementation, and evaluation of crisis solutions.
• Advocate for individuals with professionalism and collaboration.
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service.
