Job summary

Rosecrance Health Network seeks an Engagement Specialist for 1st shift (Sun–Thu) on-site at Rosecrance Walnut, Champaign, IL. You will provide mobile crisis response, engage clients, and collaborate to design crisis solutions while upholding ethical care standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, RSA designation, a valid driver's license, and transportation. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 applies; CRSS credential pursuit is encouraged where eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher.
• Must hold RSA (Rehabilitative Services Associate) DMH designation.
• Ability to serve as a recovery role model and meet agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis response services in the community when dispatched.
• Engage individuals hesitant to interact with professionals through trust-building and resources.
• Participate in design, implementation, and evaluation of crisis solutions.
• Advocate professionally and collaborate with the team to support client care.
