Rosecrance is seeking an Engagement Specialist to provide mobile crisis response and community outreach in Champaign, IL. You will engage individuals hesitant to work with behavioral health professionals and participate in designing crisis solutions with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
• Must hold a minimum DMH designation of RSA (Rehabilitative Services Associate).
• Willingness to serve as a recovery role model and meet agency requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation with ability to meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile crisis response services in the community when dispatched.
• Engage individuals hesitant to work with behavioral health professionals through trust-building.
• Partner in design, implementation, and evaluation of crisis solutions.
• Advocate professionally and collaborate with team members to support client care.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up resources for clients and families.
• Complete required documentation within set timeframes.
