Qualifications

• Experience with practice management or EMR software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with compassionate, professional service in a fast-paced emergency hospital.

• Coordinate between clients, veterinarians, and staff; relay care updates.
• Explain estimates, payments, and financing options to clients.
