Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department. You will lead daily ED operations, coordinate care, and support a high‑performing team in a world‑class health system.

Required qualifications include a BSN, active RN license, BLS certification, ACLS/PALS, and at least two years of nursing experience with leadership preferred. Evening shifts 3:00 pm–1:30 am with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• RN with active state license (RN) and BSN required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred or required within hire.
• Minimum two years of recent clinical nursing experience, leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ED unit operations.
• Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision.
• Facilitate communication across caregivers and departments.
• Review and address operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers.
• Lead on scheduling and coverage to ensure ED needs are met.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and studies.
• Provide orientation and ongoing education for staff.
