Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Mentor Hospital is seeking a PRN RN for the Emergency Department to provide compassionate, high‑quality care during night shifts. You will interact with patients, families and team members to deliver direct nursing care, monitor conditions and coordinate care plans in a fast-paced ED environment.

Minimum qualifications include ADN/BSN, current RN license, BLS and ACLS/PALS as required, with two years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• External applicants must have two years of recent nursing experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• ACLS and PALS are required upon hire or within one year in ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient conditions.
• Coordinate care across disciplines for well‑coordinated care.
• Note and execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate discharge needs.
