Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital seeks an experienced RN for the Emergency Department in Euclid, Ohio. You will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure efficient patient flow.

Minimum ADN or BSN, current RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC or equivalent certifications are required. This is a PRN on-site role with a 48-hour requirement over six weeks.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Two years recent related nursing experience for external applicants; internal candidacy may be considered with review.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
